I dunno, you really expect me to believe he just happen to be there delivering a sword just as the "real" criminal was leaving. I mean he was the only one not at the festival. Sounds more like a coverup just because he's a bounty hunter. I mean if they were really trying to catch this guy how'd they let him hand in all these bounties? And just when his crimes were finally catching up with him they just pin it on the fist shmuck that happen to be caught. I think everyone really needs to open their eyes!
